Catch up POST......................
What a crazy summer.......I am still getting used to my children being young adults!! What happened to going to the dinosaur park and the children museum and all the fun day-ations we used to take in the summer time? NOW spend my time just keeping track where everyone is!! Alex in Mexico, Alysa in Rexburg, Brady backpacking the Unitas, Kasey touring yellow stone! Between everyone work schedules, soccer tournaments, camps, and excursions I need to plan a family reunion to reunite my family!!!!!!!!!!!
Seriously I am thankful for happy energetic young people in my life! Except that they have rebelled me adding myself to facebook!! What is up with that? They think that now I am a spy!! It is fun to watch your children grow into young adults, going after life and giving back as they go.
I have been horrible in the picture taking department!!! I keep forgetting to take my camera, or Alysa has borrowed my memory stick and I can't take pictures! My goal is to get better at recording the memories!! It also makes blogging about it so much funner!!
We had a great forth of July! Lindsey, Jason and their fam came over as well and Kathryn, Sam, Travis, Sami and Sadie! Kimerly came and brought the fu fu berry drinks! We missed Alex from our fam but Alex Barker came over to fill his spot! We had a great barbecue, the kids played in the water and later we went to the Willard fireworks!! We miss all from the family that couldn't make it and hope we can get everyone together soon.
Alex comes home from Mexico TODAY! Can't wait to see him.........he has been gone for 10 DAYS the longest he has ever been gone!! Looking forward to hear about all the fun he has had.
I am a great AUNT again! Veronica had her baby the beginning of June a beautiful baby girl! And Katie had her baby the end of June a sweet baby boy!! Congratulations to both of you and your sweet families. Hope to get by soon to see them.
Random. random post I know!! I learned a pasta salad secret........maybe you already do this but I didn't and it really makes a huge difference in the flavor of the salad. Cook your noodles, drain them don't rince add your oil dressing mix while it is still warm. Let cool down in fridge then add all your vegies and meat and cheese. Wa La you will have a great pasta salad with lots of flavor!!

What Freedom's are you GRATEFUL for?
I am grateful for the freedom I have to love my family! To share with them that love daily, to freely express love for my husband. I am thankful for the freedom to choose each day to be happy!
