What I Believe.............
I believe in Jesus Christ and I have faith in his eternal plan. This knowledge and testimony strengthens me daily, both in the good times and in the test of life.

I believe in Families. I know that families are the center of our Heavenly Fathers plan for us here on earth. We need to support the sanctity of marriage between a husband and wife. As parents we need to take our role as parents seriously. Make traditions, set goals and work together!

I believe in the importance of SELF RELIANCE. Being self reliant is a strength and in turn by being self reliant we can bless the lives of others.

daily motivation

How important it is to recognize that both motivation and habit are needed as we seek to change and improve our lives.

Motivation is the spark that often gets us moving. But within that initial motivation, we must work hard to develop positive and effective habits to keep us moving. Success is made from motivation and habits, not one or the other.

In order to sustain a high-level of motivation while giving us time to create new habits, we must stay positive and solution oriented. It is also helpful to communicate with others who are making changes in their lives and use their excitement as a springboard for our own.

The day of LOVE!! So what do you think is it just a hype holiday for hallmark and florist to make a buck? Or is it a day for us to stop and think about those we LOVE? I like to think the latter.....This has always been one of my most favorite holidays and Yes it happens to be the way I met my husband!! So call me a romantic but Valentines day has special meaning to me. And it happens to be my hubbies birthday!! So happy Birthday Valentine and to all you other romantics have a great day!!

Kathryn is such a fun sister, always happy and upbeat. My friend I call to vent, the one who understands my heart. She has been my roommate, and my conspire mate. We have had many adventures together and hope to have many more!! We had our children together and hopefully one day be grandma's together......Happy Birthday girlfriend! Your the bestest sister ever!!

I don't know why this quote stands out to me today, maybe it is because I go to the cadaver lab and look at dead bodies!! I love my anatomy class except for this part. I know it is good to see the anatomy of the body on a real body and it is good people give their bodies to science for us to learn, yata, yata, yata. It still bother me! So I have to think good thoughts and think about the wonderful lives these bodies lived. So this was a good quote for me today.

Today and every day gives us an opportunity to "weave" our own positives into the lives of others. Each day, as we go about our business, we will interact with those both in and outside of our family. Each time we do, we leave a history. The type of history we leave is completely within our control.

96%!!!! SCORE on my first Anatomy Exam!

This is why you don't see me very much!! I spend most of my time with my head in a BOOK!! This test was on all the body planes, regions,tissues, membranes, and bones! Far different from the anatomy class I took 20 years ago. Next test covers all the muscles, nerves, nervous system, and special senses!! I am loving learning, not so much recalling what I am learning!!

Today is my dad's birthday and in his memory my sister Lindsey,named this LEMON PIE day! My dad loved lemon pie, and this is usually what we had at most gatherings especially, his birthday and fathers day. So happy lemon pie day! Love you dad, I am thinking about you today!!
